Eco Buildings Group – responds to bad press and suggests further vast potential in Chile

Modular housing group Eco Buildings (ECOB) has, as we suggested it would, responded to bad press by emphasising that its “agreement in Chile is with E.P. Solhabit Ltda., a fully licensed and accredited EGIS (Social Housing Management Organisation, 'Entidades de Gestión Inmobiliaria Social') authorised to participate in Chile’s national social housing programme. Under this framework, Solhabit designates the qualifying recipient families and oversees compliance with national housing policy requirements”.

A video for those who think that the Eco Buildings Chile deal is not real

There are still some who, clouded in a smog of cigarette smoke, think that Eco Buildings (ECOB) is making it all up with regard to a deal in Chile. The video below, from Valparaiso, featuring the company's local architect should show you that it is very real. And on that basis I stand by my suggestion that, at 20.9p the shares trade on a 2026 PE of 5 falling to 0.8 on 2027 numbers. That is why I bought more shares this week and will continue buying in the belief that on a risk/reward basis there are few cheaper stocks on AIM today. Enjoy.

Eco Buildings – after last month’s placing infuriation, progress in Senegal

Eco Buildings Group (ECOB) has announced that it has “now entered into a full Shareholders Agreement establishing the terms of the joint venture vehicle to be named, Eco Buildings Senegal Limited”, emphasising it “not only represents a significant revenue pipeline in its own right, but also establishes a strategic operational base from which Eco Buildings intends to replicate its modular housing model across other West African markets”. The shares are more than 6% higher in response at 4.35p, though a still just £5.3 million market cap.

ECOB

Eco Buildings – “Fundraise of £600,000” infuriates, but still worth holding

Modular housing group Eco Buildings (ECOB) has announced a placing for £600,000 emphasising the “proceeds will be used to enable the company to expand manufacturing capacity at the facility and secure and commence construction on additional contracts currently under negotiation”. However, a price of 4p per share angers us, coming just after some positive contract news flow had helped the shares up towards 6p.

ECOB

Eco Buildings Group – litigation backing, risk/reward Strong Buy

Eco Buildings Group (ECOB) has announced “backing” that will ensure it is fully-resourced to claim through the International Court of Arbitration for adverse and improper actions taken by various government agencies in Kosovo. This is emphasised as “a major positive development”, whilst at an up to 3.875p share price the market cap is still below £4 million.

ECOB

Eco Buildings – “Strategic Milestones in Senegal”, shares could double or treble and still be stunningly cheap!

‘Modular construction’ group Eco Buildings (ECOB) has announced on a proposed joint venture in Senegal that prospective local partner “G2 Invest has formally committed to a €1.75 million investment for a 35% stake in the project” and that an Engineering, Procurement & Construction contractor has now been formally appointed to manage Senegal production facility implementation. So how significant is this news from a 7p share price?

Small Mammal thinks he is an investigative journalist and makes wild insinuations about Eco Buildings

Our friend the Lemming really should not have broken 10 days off official mourning for the corporate career of his hero, Manprick, the former FD at Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) but he has with a post suggesting that the latest RNS from Eco Buildings (ECOB) is somehow suspect. Pray for wannabee investigative journalist Lemming, grief affects folks in strange ways. The Lemming posts:

Eco Buildings Group – “memorandum of understanding” for Senegal, massive risk/reward Buy

‘Modular construction’ group Eco Buildings (ECOB) has announced a local partner in Senegal, G2 Invest, has pledged a €1.75 million investment into a joint venture, with G2 stating that, “with Eco Buildings’ innovative technology and our deep local roots, we aim to transform the construction landscape in Senegal and beyond”. What’s the current detail, with this from a presently 4.25p share price, £3.6 million Eco Buildings market cap?

ECOB

Eco Buildings – “advanced negotiations to secure a large volume contract”, significant catalysts ahead?

Eco Buildings Group (ECOB) has announced that it has delivered and constructed its first show house in Chile. This is potentially highly significant as the show house constructions are noted as “the last step in the due diligence process being undertaken by the Chilean government” and, at a 5.5p share price, the current market cap here is just £4.6 million.

Retail are not supposed to be able to get hold of instie research which is meant to be available only to “elective professional investors”. I don’t know though to what extent Research Tree enforce this term in their T&Cs. So Archer’s stuff is defo available and free, and where there is no meaningful broker research better to have his stuff than not.

the net income (ie profit) in H1 was $13.6m on output of sub 10,000 oz. H2 output will be 15-25,000 oz so id view it as a nailed on cert that AMRQ will report a FY profit

Well said. But it may be premature to call the company profitable in the middle of the year – especially when it was presumably putting a shine on everything for the move to the main market.
