Eco Buildings – interims, a progress in Albania and elsewhere STRONG BUY, this could multibag by Christmas

Modular building technology group Eco Buildings (ECOB) has announced its results for the first half of 2026 including emphasising its “order book and business development pipeline continued to grow, providing increased visibility over future anticipated revenue and supporting the outlook for sustained growth”. How do the results and outlook compare to the valuation from a current 9.25p share price?

Eco Buildings Group – “Conversion of Loan Notes & Issue of Equity”, further updates needed!

Eco Buildings Group (ECOB) has issued a “Conversion of Loan Notes & Issue of Equity” announcement detailing that “it has issued in aggregate 3,652,366 new ordinary shares. 2,500,000 shares will be issued following receipt of a conversion notice of £100,000 on the loan notes issued by the company on the 4 September 2025. The remaining shares are being issued in settlement of certain outstanding liabilities”. What about this with a current 9.6p share price?

ECOB

Eco Buildings – “Launch of Eco Buildings UK”, emphasises potential but some tangible delivery soon needed

Eco Buildings Group (ECOB) has announced “Launch of Eco Buildings UK” including with “a binding framework agreement… combining Eco Buildings’ proprietary construction technology with highly experienced UK and international construction and project management expertise”. How positive is this from a 12p share price, £14.6 million market capitalisation?

C/o Winnileaks the ECO Buildings Placing Deck

Eco Buildings (ECOB) is not the source of this presentation which arraived at Winnileaks just now I sense it might be embarrassed for the forecasts approved by its Nomad are somewhat lower than the numbers Chris Gilbert has been handing out.  The Nomad has to be over prudent I guess while a promoter rarely is. But even on these numbers the shares look very cheap. Anyhow judge for yourselves I reckon it is a decent presentation.

Eco Buildings – external Senegal funding “allocated into the JV subsidiary”, now onto production progress

Modular construction group Eco Buildings (ECOB) has announced engineering, procurement and construction planning process initiation for a manufacturing line in Senegal with local partner G2 Invest’s €1.75 million for a 35% equity stake in the Senegal business having “now been allocated into the JV subsidiary”. What now, with the shares have risen to 16p in response?

First SIPP investment made with yesterday's winnings

Two divorce settlements which were monstrously unfair and make me advise my sons to sign water-tight prenups and a business blow up 15 years ago mean that my pension cannot be run in the sober and responsible way that most 58 year old chaps run theirs.

Eco Buildings – Albania apartments update, still a compelling Buy

Eco Buildings Group (ECOB) has announced that all groundworks have now been completed on the first luxury 18-unit apartment development (averaging approximately 100 sqm per apartment), with construction of the ground floor now underway. The company expects to make rapid progress now that construction is underway. The shares are up by 9% to 15p in response.

Eco Buildings – “Update on Senegal Joint Venture Payment”, risk/reward value

With housing deficit, affordability and construction challenges widespread, Eco Buildings Group (ECOB) emphasises that its range of prefabricated, ‘green’ housing products, based on glass fibre reinforced gypsum panels, provide a solution and it currently manufactures from Albania. However, in 2025 it announced a “New Senegal Subsidiary with Local Partner”, it “to Expand in Africa with Sudanese Subsidiary” and an “over €400m Chile Contract”. Now it has updated that the Senegal partner is to provide the first funding to build a plant there in February.

Chris Gilbert vs Peter Brailey Round 6: Fagash gets an invitation

There is more chance of me getting lucky with Cheryl Cole this weekend than of Peter “fagash” Brailey turning bullish on Eco Buildings (ECOB). Every time it has a good news announcement, Brailey posts a comment on this website saying why it is bad news. Yesterday Eco announced that a 2.2 million Euro Albanian order was being delivered ahead of schedule and that the first 10% of funds had been banked and that more similar contracts were on the way. Natch “fagash” thought this was a red flag.

…..and it seems that they staff up immigration appeals cases representing the Home Office by non-lawyers and bods who have just done a “course” with the representation of the immigrants being proper lawyers on legal aid. The softest of soft touches…..

Retail are not supposed to be able to get hold of instie research which is meant to be available only to “elective professional investors”. I don’t know though to what extent Research Tree enforce this term in their T&Cs. So Archer’s stuff is defo available and free, and where there is no meaningful broker research better to have his stuff than not.

the net income (ie profit) in H1 was $13.6m on output of sub 10,000 oz. H2 output will be 15-25,000 oz so id view it as a nailed on cert that AMRQ will report a FY profit

Well said. But it may be premature to call the company profitable in the middle of the year – especially when it was presumably putting a shine on everything for the move to the main market.
