Catenae Innovation – Another Change Of Name (Pointless), Share Consolidation, More Confetti…..Why No Mercy Killing?

AIM-listed serial crock Catenae Innovation (CTEA) has announced a change of name, a General Meeting to approve a share consolidation and wants to issue yet more boatloads of confetti as it searches for an acquisition which might offer a viable business. But first it has to deal with a convertible loan facility – hence the capital reorganisation, as the shares are well below par. I don’t know why it is not just being taken outside for a mercy killing!

CTEA

Catenae Innovation – finally exits Hyperneth acquisition fiasco, AIM at its most pointless

Catenae (CTEA) is a great example of a pointless AIM company. When it was called Milestone Group it racked up continual losses which have continued under the Catenae name. It had a brief spike in its share price during the COVID era as the usual suspects ramped its shares on the basis that Catenae had blockchain technology which might be valuable but of course it wasn’t because who wants to use software from a tiny subscale loss making group to monitor a national population’s vaccine status.

Catenae Innovation – Mega-Delayed Results And Death Spiral…..What’s Not To Like?

AIM bad-boy, suspended for the past five months for failing to release accounts, Catenae Innovation (CTEA) has at last released full year accounts to September 2021 and Interim results to March 2022. Oh, and it has announced a death spiral package from Sanderson Capital, under which the lender seems to do very well indeed (at shareholders’ expense).

Catenae Innovation – There Is Life After All (But For How Much Longer?)

AIM-listed Catenae Innovation (CTEA) finally popped its head above the parapet after a more than two month silence, in relation to its suspension which, under AIM Rules, will see the company given the order of the boot if it fails to publish full year results to 30 September 2021 by 1 October. It is twenty-eight days to go, and ticking. The announcement came at 12.09pm yesterday (Friday) – just as the City was tucking into a relaxed lunch at the end of a busy week.

Catenae Innovation: Month 5 Of Suspension As Tumbleweed Blows Past & the Fat Lady warms up

AIM-listed Catenae Innovation (CTEA) was suspended five months ago for failing to offer up its accounts for year-ended September 2021. It now has just one month to post its audited numbers before the AIM Executioner calls and it is surely game over. But we haven’t heard from the company for two months: is there anybody there at Catenae Towers?

CTEA

Catenae Innovation – the Hyperneph dispute: this stinks

Whilst shareholders wait to see whether Catenae (CTEA) will emerge from its share suspension I wonder as to the cause of the audit delay. Nigel thinks it is because the company is effectively insolvent and he is right.  But there may be another reason, and this really stinks. So much so that an honourable Nomad would be considering its position. Luckily for Catenae its Nomad is Cairn.

CTEA

Catenae Innovation – Is This a Related Party (Revenue-Free) Transaction or Not?

AIM-listed Catenae Innovation (CTEA), which is almost revenue-free and surely heading for a Christmas cash-crunch, has announced a “Data Visualisation Oder” from SaxaVord UK Spaceport at a satellite ground station in the Shetland Islands. Good news…..or not, for we are told that revenues created from the order are not significant. So another revenue-free project, then!

To be fair, Eco have been around a good number of years now since the merger, and there's no drone shots flying over completed estates of their homes, or through a busy factory.I'm a shareholder here, but I want to see something actually being produced rather than endless talk of branching into yet another country.
