Chill Brands: how can it be this incompetent?

Chill Brands (CHLL) is pleased to announce that Nick Tulloch has today formally become a NED. That would be the Nick Tulloch who was in charge in the Zoetic era when the company deceived investors regulators and customers. The Nick Tulloch whose antics at Voyager Life (VOY) we have exposed on this website. Yes, that Nick Tulloch. Whilst it is not quite appointing the late Dr Harold Shipman to the GMC it is hardly a plus point. Meanwhile…

Chill Brands and the silence has now lasted 34 days: that is ominous, accounts deadline looms, will auditor sign off at all?

On June 4th the toxic yanks Antonio Russo and Trevor Taylor were booted off the board of Chill Brands and CEO Callum Somerton was reinstated assisted by new chairman Harry Chathli of Technology Minerals (TM1) infamy. The company then stated that it could not provide an update on trading or its cash position so its shares are suspended. Those who knew better than old TW are locked in.

KERBOOM: Chill Brands – if this is not criminal theft what is? Folks, including Zak Mir, should be in jail

It seems as if the once lauded bosses of Chill Brands (CHILL) Ed Taylor and Antonio Russo are just common or garden tea leaves, according to a shocking RNS this morning. And to think that City scumbag bad Al Cade once engaged ex Israeli army soldier Seth Freedman to menace and threaten me, Pete Brailey, Gary Newman and a PR girl for the “crime” of exposing Ed and Antonio. Today’s RNS from Chill is shocking.

BREAKING: Chill Brands shares suspended – it admits it has no idea about current trading or its financial position

Oh dear. Oh dear. As disgraced ex tipster Mike Walters would say as yet another of his tips collapsed it seems as if things at Chill Brands (CHLL) are a complete shambles and, admitting, that it has not got an idea how bad they are, the shares have been suspended at the company’s request. That is to stop a false market. I suggest that insolvency now looks very possible.

Chill Brands – Letter to the FCA

The silence is deafening. The nicotine free vapes of Chill Brands (CHLL) have been in small independent stores for up to 8 months, in WH Smith for almost five months and in Morrisons and a large petrol chain for almost three months. Chill must have data on reorders but is not releasing it. I have contacted the FCA as Regulator, no sniggering at the back, of the Standard list.

BREAKING: Chill Brands is killing its customers – new study from South Korea

Chill Brands (CHLL) is running out of cash is facing a sack the board call and its silence on renewals at WH Smith, Morrisons and small independent stores is deafening. In short there appears no demand for its nicotine free vapes and its business is screwed. But a new study from South Korea flags up an even more critical problem which makes the shares worthless.

Chill Brands – as thick as two short Yanks: who are they kidding?

Yesterday afternoon, Chill Brands (CHLL) announced that the GM called by Jonathan “kiss of death” Swann and others to oust disgraced directors Travor Taylor and Antonio Russo would go ahead at almost the last possible date, June 4. But there is more. The two Yanks say that come what may they will be stepping down by30 September. Who do they think they are kidding?

CHLL

Chill Brands: my harshest critics seem to admit that I was telling the truth after all! BTW: When’s the GM

Jonathan “kiss of death “ Swann sent a letter demanding a GM at Chill Brands (CHLL) to sack the US chumps Trevor Taylor and Antonio Russo on 16 April. The company said it would consider the request then suspended CEO Callum Summerton on, I suspect for the reasons outline HERE spurious, allegations of insider dealing. So, what about the GM?

CHLL

Chill Brands CEO suspended on insider dealing allegation but is this all it seems?

Say what you wish about Chill Brands (CHLL) but at least, as it destroys the wealth of its investors, the company never ceases to entertain. In today’s episode of nicotine free CBD enhanced beer and popcorn, it has been announced that CEO Callum Sommerton has been suspended on the basis of allegations of “the use of inside information.” But is this what it seems?

CHLL

Alan Green and the Chill Brands loons on twitter, they just don’t get it!

The man who batted for Neill Ricketts at Versarien (VRS) and Lyin’ James Draper at Bidstack (BIDS) and who rudely dismissed my analysis and quality of work on both has a new cause to champion. No, Alan Green is not batting for La Willingham at Nightcap (NGHT) as she can’t afford the fees he charges for his work, but he is now cheering for team Chill Brands (CHLL), taking to both LinkedIn and twitter.

Swanny wants boardroom change – EGM called for Chill Brands

There are suggestions that Jonathan “kiss of death” Swann saw management accounts at Chill Brands (CHLL) and was panicked by how bad they were into calling an EGM to sack chief commercial officer Antonio Russo and chief operating officer Trevor Taylor. As he bought shares the other day that would have been insider dealing. So, I’d bet the ranch that Swanny has not seen the numbers but you don’t need the brains of Lloyd George to know they will be shite.

Chill Brands: ahead of budget catastrophe it is what it is still not saying

The budget later today will almost certainly see chancellor Jeremy Hunt stiff smokers with extra taxes but also start to stiff vapers with taxes too. Gone is the idea of using fiscal policy to shift smokers into healthier vaping. Both vices are bad for your health and Nanny state will punish sinners in the pocket in order to fund the hiring of more diversity officers, Gary Lineker’s pay packet and inflation beating pay rises for NHS consultants on £150,000 a year. No doubt Chill Brands (CHLL) will post a response but that is not the real issue.

As 19,451potential terrorist invade this country, it is OK that is down 40% on last year. The police turn up and escort them to their 3 star hotels with 3 meals a day some pocket money and lawyers and doctors and dentists.I have not looked but imagine their is not a Jew amongst them.Probably very few christians.Though more Muslims to vote Green and Labour and join protests. The police can do nothing but turn a blind eye to the grooming and rape gangs and protests. If you are white and you throw a plastic bottle at the police you can expect 2 years within days of the incident.Such is the UK, the political elite are building.

My answer is that it is not necessary to consider hypothetical questions merely to know a little history. But folks on the left rarely know history other than the history of colonialism and white oppression learned in Black History Month. The Roman Empire did not borrow money, for a while it engaged in fiscal prudence spending what it could raise via taxes both on its own lands and on those that it colonised. But the demand for panes et circuses grew, the ancient equivalent of the welfare state and the BBC and worse still the costs of supporting a bloated military grew and eventually Rome engaged in MMT, it printed money or rather cut and cut the amount of silver in each coin. It worked for a while but then as folks realised that more coins chasing the same amount of hard assets caused inflation. And that caused societal breakdown as inflation always does as the gap between those with hard assets and wage power and those without grew. As always happens that leads to civil war and or societal breakdown ( see Weimar, 1600s England, etc).Inflation encouraged speculation rather than investment and distorted any idea of making a return on capital via hard work and so the economy floundered. Economic weakness and societal breakdown destroyed the Roman EmpireThat Lucian is why MMT is not just a duff theory but it is something that is proven not to work.
