I ask this in relation to sub-standard-listed BSF Enterprise (BSFA), whose last accounts – full-year to September 2021 – showed £359,868 of cash and cash equivalents, and net assets of £364,816 having reported a loss of £58,325  on no income, which would have been a loss of £110,669 but for a VAT reclaim. Perhaps, given it had no business at the time, it was worth £364,816. Or perhaps we should allow for more losses going forward and mark it at around £300,000.

This followed the release by sub-Standard Listed cash-shell BSF Enterprise (BSFA) of Interims to March 2020 – just over three weeks AFTER it released full year numbers to September 2020 (which were released a day late on April 1^st despite having been filed to Companies House on 4^th March. What sort of shambles is this?

Sub-Standard-Listed Cash-Shell BSF Enterprise: FY Results. Value, as Shareholder contempt is writ large? Don’t make me laugh!

Cash-shell BSF Enterprise (BSFA) of the Sub-Standard List (surely two Red Flags already!) published its FY numbers to 30 September 2020 this morning – April 1^st. Those with a sharp eye might notice they are a day late – which is a bit of a mystery given that they were signed off by the Auditor (PKF Littlejohn) and Geoffrey Baker on behalf of the board a month ago on March 1^st, filed at Companies House on 4^th March and released by Companies House on March 12^th! So much for shareholders finding out what is going on via the RNS system first!

BSF Enterprise – When is an “Acquisition” not an Acquisition?

(sub-)Standard-listed BSF Enterprise (BSFA) released an RNS this morning entitled “Acquisition”. Given that the company listed on the LSE’s (sub-)Standard list about a year ago as a cash shell with a list of Red Flags as long as your arm, including Mr Denis Ow with a heroic list of China-play failures to his name as Head of Investment Banking, I wondered what this acquisition could be…….another dodgy China-play, perhaps, or something else?
