#BOS Global Holdings – AIM cancellation following appointment of administrators

I don’t take much glee in jumping on graves but having been consistently critical of the nonsense and spoofery at BOS Global (BOS) for the last eighteen months, I thought I should comment on this week’s RNS which seems to be throwing in the towel with no Nomad willing to take on the basket-case.
The statement from BOS Global (BOS) saying that its shares were being suspended pending clarification had to be released twice as the fucktards currently in charge got it wrong first time around. That says it all really.
I have pointed out earlier that Peterhouse Corporate Finance has real issues in trying to get away a placing at 0.25p or perhaps 0.1p in AIM dog BOS Global (BOS). With the shares at 0.7p bid some may be tempted but before they send cash over to broker Peterhouse they do know the broker cannot do a placing don't they? Er.. something else Peterhouse is not telling its clients maybe?
Peterhouse Corporate Finance was yesterday sent a letter by me urging it to make potential placees aware of the massive regulatory risk directors of BOS Global (BOS) face from ASIC ahead of any fund raise. I am sad to say that Peterhouse appears to be ignoring my generous advice driven by the season of goodwill. Meanwhile the share price is slumping - now just 0.7p to sell - as the broker hits the phones.
Shares in BOS Global (BOS) a company teetering on the edge of insolvency and where the Nomad has already announced it is walking now trade at 0.85p-1p. Beware: broker Peterhouse is trying to do a placing at as little as 0.1p. I have written to Peterhouse in the spirit of the season as you can see below.
BOS Global (BOS) is teetering on the brink of insolvency while the company's founder Michael Travia also tries top oust current directors led by serial fuck-up merchant Adam Webb. I have now seen letters sent by those very close to the situation which act as a second source for me of the most damning allegations about Webb who should stand down at once and never be allowed to run a public company again.
I’m warming to the current board of BOS Global (BOS) and the transparent way that it is dealing with the chaos left behind by Michael Travia. The latest Corporate Update gives some hope for the future with hints at rescue funding, although I doubt it will be at anywhere near the current share price.
This entertaining farce (for the neutral at least) at BOS Global (BOS) moved on a step yesterday with the ex-CEO, Michael Travia, making his move to give him a shot at the assets, most notably the 40% stake In Call Design, but I’m not convinced that it will be as easy as he hopes.
The ongoing farce at BOS Global (BOS) continued with an out-of-hours Company Update yesterday which may not be good news for shareholders but it is certainly providing a bit of light relief for the neutral as a high stakes game of chicken seems to be ongoing where the “winner” gets to run a loss-making, close to insolvent, horror show of a business.
BOS Global (BOS) has received a GM requisition which wins prizes for political correctness but which we back anyway as its main aim is for fire CEO Adam Webb who is man not fit to run a public lavatory let alone a public company.
It was only last Sunday when I was explaining that buying BOS Global (BOS) at 3p wasn’t a bargain. Well, it closed yesterday down 36% at 1.75p due to a shocker of a Company Update, the short summary of which was: Help, we need some money quick! It’s still not a bargain.
I last covered BOS Global (BOS) in early September when the CEO and founder, Michael Travia, quit suddenly (HERE) and I warned about the future. At the time the share price was over 7p; it’s now 3p. For the avoidance of doubt, I don’t think it’s a bargain now but I thought it worth commenting on the continued role of Mr Travia in this ongoing decline as he is currently playing an idiotic, poor-man’s version of Darwin or Yorkville.
Readers will know I’ve never been a fan of BOS Global (BOS) and the opaque nonsense emanating from its CEO, Michael Travia, especially as its suite of workplace analytics software is as cutting edge as Snake on the old Nokia. I last asked for transparency on a few key points last month (HERE) but today, instead of answers, I have more questions as Mr BOS Global himself, Michael Travia, has suddenly left the building!
At the start of June I was highly critical of the opaque nonsense emanating from BOS Global (BOS), particularly around the Call Design deal (HERE). To its credit, it provided some answers and clarity at that time; however, since then my list of questions arising from the RNS’s has started to grow again so here’s my Bank Holiday weekend quiz for Michael Travia.
I wrote last week (HERE) about the disappointing opaque nature of some of the recent announcements emanating from BOS Global (BOS) and raised a number of questions that were bothering me. To give the company some credit, it has issued two RNS’s since then clarifying certain aspects and particularly pleased with the clarity on the Call Design deal.
