Amaroq – Eldur Olaffson interview; truly mind blowing numbers, I will be buying even more shares

Charles Archer, who wins mixed reviews thanks to his involvement with the scumbags at Sunday Roast and his promotion of Defence Holdings (ALRT) for reasons I cannot fathom, has just posted an interview with Amaroq (AMRQ) boss Eldur Olaffson and the numbers are mind blowing. The 3 by 3 by 3 strategy is something you need to twig and if you do not own Amaroq you are insane. I plan to buy more shares.

To the man with Amaroq Derangement Syndrome: about that NED share sale

Poor DucknDive.  Being long and strong of Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) seems to have got to him and he now has a severe case of Amaroq (AMRQ) derangement syndrome, posting hostile comments relentlessly.  Last night it was announced in an RNS that NED  Graham Stewart had sold a third of his shares. PoorDucknDive had a major episode screaming:

Amaroq – adds to FTSE 250 news with production ahead of target, Buy

Amaroq (AMRQ) has noted its upcoming inclusion in the FTSE 250 index stating it “clearly validates our strategy of moving our listing from AIM to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and will open us up to inclusion in further index tracking funds and the commensurate impact on liquidity of indexation” in an announcement that also includes “achieving Q4 2026 production target one quarter early”. More good news although, as Tom pointed out here, the effect will only be c£12 million of tracker buying, 2% of the equity. But it all helps!

Amaroq and the Donald Trump Roll, is the target from 120.5p, 200p or 300p?

Over the last weekend Donald Trump announced by social media a new deal with Denmark and Greenland. How statesmanlike. The deal was inked thus week and means that the US will guarantee the sovereignty of Greenland and has a veto on non US investors gaining new access to base metals and rare earth resources. The next, and inevitable step, is large amounts of US money heading to Greenland mining and infrastructure projects.

Another Reason Amaroq Might Just Make The FTSE250 Tomorrow

Tom Winnifrith and I have been a little excited over the prospects for newly main-market-listed Amaroq (AMRQ) to make it into the FTSE 250. My view is that if and when it does make the cut a stack of FTSE250 trackers will be queuing up to buy the stock simply because they have to. It is still relatively thinly traded so the impact of that could give the stock quite a boost. As Tom points out, Amaroq sits in 342nd place – so well within the FTSE250 boundary – but there is a complication….and a potential big bonus on top of our good friends at the Daily Mail.

Amaroq 205p target from Cavendish but it flags this is just the start

Nomad and broker Cavendish takes an unusual approach to valuing Amaroq (AMRQ) looking at what a predator would pay. Since I regard a bid as almost inevitable if the gold price behaves itself that is not too daft. On that basis it says that its target for the shares, at 105.5p, is 205p. But critically, as you can see below, that is on Nalunaq alone! As a clear pathway to other mines going onstream, which can be developed using internally generated cashflows,  becomes apparent that valuation will only head one way… and fast.

Canaccord on Amaroq

It is a rather tame note after today's Q2 numbers and output guidance. I am greatly encouraged by what was announced but broker Canaccord draws some positives but leaves its price target of 140p unchanged. Its tame but here you go.

Amaroq – Drilling Begins At Nanoq, Maiden MRE By Year-End: BUY

The big news we are awaiting from fully-listed Amaroq (AMRQ) this week is the half-year results on Thursday. If the numbers are good and production guidance sound I think the shares could motor higher – in nice time for the FTSE250 reshuffle at the start of next month. But this morning a drilling campaign was announced at Nanoq.
