Folks cannot say that I did not warn them about this disaster. To much abuse I warned repeatedly and it seems that old TW is not a total idiot after all and that there will be no escape from poverty for those who knew better.
I warned folks repeatedly that this would end in tears indeed in one bearcast on 1 September 2020 noting that this was a major part of “the smelliest nest of vipers on the London market”. I did not hedge my bets. All Active (AAA) raised £150 million and then delisted in the summer of 2021. Today it admits that the cash has all gone and that – as an unlisted entity – it needs an open offer to shareholders to survive. The guilty men who I shall name do not even apologise.

Yesterday I exposed how penny shares hucksters Chris Akers and Johnny Mahtani were, in a private Telegram chatroom, discussing concerted share buying by themselves and others, something which looks very much like market abuse. Today the shares have been suspended.
The company is All Active Asset Capital (AAA) a grossly over-ramped and over valued AIM sewer promote when penny share spiv Chris Akers is involved. Soo too is Johnny Mahtani the boss of Media Tech SPAC a murky, newly formed, company backed by Akers planning a stockmarket listing within months. There is a private Telegram group where Akers, Mahtani and others pump the stock. The screenshot below is from yesterday evening.
I have covered the shenanigans at Peterhouse & Chris Akers ramp All Active Asset Management (AAA) a number of times, notably HERE. At 2p it is valued at £15 million its net assets are, at best, £5 million. Now we have news of management change and this makes the stench ever more overwhelming.

At the new no-one-is-watching o’clock of lunch-time yesterday, ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty play All Asia Asset Capital (AAA) announced that it had received £100,000 in the form of a convertible keep-the-lights-on loan from an entity controlled by an un-named shareholder. One assumes that it must be a very small shareholder as there was no Related Party Transaction statement, but the terms suggest that the company is in a spot of bother. Er, actually a serious spot of bother.
