In May TekCapital (TEK) was gifted 51% of Vesari for $0 but within 5 weeks had published an “independent” , i.e. paid for report saying that a company with no assets, cash or patented IP was worth $293 million. I agree with Liverpool’s greatest numbers man since Ken Dodd that this is just nonsense on stilts. Evil Banksta opines:
