Most recently writing on company describing itself as “a leading provider of cloud communications, connectivity and security managed services” Maintel (MAI), in September with the shares down to 140p I concluded a profit warning with also a net debt update daring not to speak its name meant still avoid/sell. Now “it has conditionally raised approximately, in aggregate, £5 million… to strengthen the company’s balance sheet and provide sustainable working capital resourcing to support delivery of newly signed projects, enhance tendering capability, improve procurement terms and payment performance, and enable the full roll‑out of the company’s transformation programme”. What about that in the context of a most recent closing 120p share price?
