Julie “sex toys on expenses” Meyer has fled the UK to avoid serving a six month stretch for contempt of court. So what if she did not pay lawyers Farrar & Co as its work for her was in harassing both myself as an investigative journalist and the whistleblower known as John Galt. Farrar lawyer Julian Pike is a scumbag and I am glad he was not paid. However Meyer has committed far more serious acts and for those crimes she should pay. I have written to the Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood

Dear Ms Mahmood.
Among the excellent acts of your Government was to strip businesswoman Julie Meyer of her MBE for Bringing the Honours system into disrepute. She is, of course, still using the title. She has fled the UK as, were she to leave her Greek bolt hole for the delights of London, she would face a six month jail term for contempt of Court.
However, that is not her major crime. A string of failed businesses have seen investors lose money while staff, suppliers and invariably the taxman have been left with nothing. Ms Meyer had paid herself handsomely as well as abusing her expense accounts to the tunes of hundreds of thousands of pounds. Invariably PAYE contributions deducted from payroll by Meyer were kept by Meyer not passed onto the tax mainly the UK but also in Malta where she operated for a while
At the weekend I highlighted two major issues at Drive Software “Tesla meets Fitbut” a business she ran before it went into receivership.
1. As it struggled to stay afloat sums deducted from employees for pension contributions were simply snaffled by Meyer as the administrator has flagged up in its official report.
2. Meyer issued invoices to customers to get them to pay for product supplied not toDrive but to her private accounts in Greece.

Surely this is serious enough that if only “pour encourager les autres” you should request that the Police investigate and seek an extradition order from Greece to stop Ms. Meyer’s ongoing white collar crime spree once and for all.
