The View From The Montana Log-Cabin As Gold Heads For Another All-Time High

By Nigel Somerville | Sunday 27 October 2024

Disclosure: I own shares in one or more of the stocks mentioned. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.

Gold closed the week at $2,748 – up again from last week’s record $2,721 and therefore yet another all-time weekly high as we head for the end of the month and another record monthly high. It is all good news for Goldbugs, even if Gold stocks took a breather during the week as can be seen on the chart below of Gold against the miner’s ETFs GDX (majors), GDXJ (juniors) and GOEX (explorers).
