If you've bought into Tertiary Minerals (TYM) over the last 9 months, you probably aren't delighted with the 5.75p price of today's placement. However, if you are a longer term shareholder, at least value has been preserved. The question now is whether or not the £420,000 (before expenses) will be enough to fund serious value building in this tough market?

Cant agree with that really .
The SP peaked at 12p and we have had the “no news that is real news obligatory aim 50% drop for aim resource stocks” . The placing was great ……spot on the market price . The company is very spend thrift and rarely places . It also has other interests in other countries . I have not read anywhere that the jorc was thought to be disappointing . If you could direct me to the articles I would be interested to read them . We are in the low price dip after jorc on the graph are we not ?
only downside is the chairman is named cheat……um , but he has not done so far .

@wildrides I will try to remember to dig out the comments I read. From memory, there was the usual bb chatter as well.
Surely the most telling factor about the disappointment was the SP drop though?

the news was priced in .Thus :-
12p down to 6p
Time before that :- 21p down to 12p
It slow builds up to RNS and then declines every time this share .
I respect your opinion ,but think this will go all the way . Unless someone can prove to me the reserves are uneconomic( backed with calculations) .

Ben, have you found the article? I know you have to write regular updates but a little more thought and hard facts wouldnt go amiss.BB Chatter, really, thats not a great response.
The Jorc was fine, low grade but shallow…….the share price priced in the JORC before it was released. Knowing they would use this to raise more cash everyone sold. It not rocket science its just AIM. Add to this the price of CaF has not been positive you can understand the reaction.
Im not a shareholder, and not really interested unless its for a trade…it will continue to spike and crash until they can secure a partner or raise serious money.
