SHOCKING: Thames Water bills 90 year old £212,198.85 and still will not apologise

As the photos below show, Thames Water has just sent out a bill for a whopping £212,198.85 to a ninety year old lady who is right now in a convalescent home.  These privatised utilities don't do themselves any favours do they?
