Frigging hell. It was worth getting up at 3.45 AM today to trek up to London for the AGM of Vialogy. Chairman Junk Bond and CEO Robert Dean both lost their tempers, fessed up to some real horrors and Bond described me as “The Disruptive influence at the back.” Boy I had a party and the more Junk and Bob squirmed and seethed the more fun I had. This company is a total shambles.

Hugely entertaining – if it weren’t for the tragic fact that some investors have lost their children’s inheritance.
I see a new business opportunity for you here: for £200 a pop you could buy 1 share and attend a GM on behalf of timid investors who don’t know how to ask questions. Say three a week gives you £30k pa. You could call it AGGRO (Annual General Grievance Research Ombudsman).

Yes those who have lost I feel sorry for. But if no-one starts taking BODs like this to task others will suffer in the same way.
As to your idea – more than happy to oblige. I had such fun today!
