Sue, Sue and Sue again!
A successful class action would send the right message to all those companies and their directors whom would seek to steal by lying and cheating investors.
Showing the snake oil salesman they aren’t going to get away with their deceit and that there will be comeback, would be the best thing ever in helping to clean up the casino know as AIM.

Needs directors to be sued and prosecuted. Not shareholder and staff that could suffer. How does it stop other directors misleading???

Step forward A_E_ Marsh who has defended Quenron every single step of the way & STILL denies there was any fraud, despite being down 50% on a huge # of shares & stressing himself into a heart attack & nearly dying.
