Good luck to them in the oil sector at the moment, I noticed on the prospectus it states major shareholders of whom I presume Chris Oil’s family trust has holdings via a nominee broker (ps his tweet misspelt the company’s name.. Santerra..that a good start) it states Momentous Trading as a holder yet this company is dissolved from 12 years ago. (It seems)
Perhaps Mr Gibson ‘Momentous Investments’ (also a shareholder) is taking the name but surely they should wait till it organised.
Also why keep stating Optiva as ‘Founder’ if they incorporated and organised it all why not name them and I thought the prospectus didn’t really point out that they directly involved in the listing as a majority shareholder of the prior ltd business should as they FCA regulated it be made clear the directly involved? Ie..financial promotion and balanced (Could be wrong)

Barford, mentioning Optiva’s involvement is probably not a plus if you want to raise cash from investors (mug or otherwise)..
