Disclosure: I own shares in one or more of the stocks mentioned. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
It seems I was right when I last tipped Photo-me (PHTM) the company which owns, rents out and services 25,000 little tardises all over the world.

I held PHTM shares for a long while and sold just short of the 150p mark. I’ve always kept them on my watchlist and they have been producing good trading statements, have cash and pay dividends. But I’m waiting for that push above 150p before buying them again.

The CEO, Serge Crasnianski, who’s now in his 70’s, has had a brilliant career. He founded KIS fifty years ago with kiosks in shops in France for cutting keys, printing cards, etc. before going into instant photos and then other unattended services. He had stepped down from PHTM quite a few years ago and, imo, the company started drifting. Since he came back several years ago, PHTM has taken on a new lease of life. Crasnianski has hundreds of patents to his name and somehow still found time to do a doctorate in nuclear physics. I hope he continues at the helm for a few years yet.

Malc/Kewalrai,
Yes agree with both your sentiments, have had these on watch for a couple of months, good steady, cash generative outfit, and like the look of the pop up laundrettes. and developing new income streams.

Very wise, Kewers. There isn’t likely to be much of an improvement for a bit – now that the results are out. You might as well use the money elsewhere, meantime
