I have slated Motive TV (MTV) time and time again as an example of what is wrong with the AIM casino ( see today’s bearcast): time and time again this POS issues shares like confetti so its investors are diluted to oblivion and a few crony capitalists make a killing. Let’s force its hand. The paperwork is almost done on the latest deeply discounted placing and it has raised £800,000 at just 0.013p. Time for a rushed statement in the morning chaps.

Have you seen these comments on the Daily Mail under the QPP story ?
Most of them entitle me to a bottle of free wine I would say don’t you agree ?

By “breaking up” do you really mean just selling off a few very minor entities such as the scaffolding company?? QPS Scaffolding Ltd had revenues of £45k last yr, it’s absolutely trivial. It’s laughable how often this example is trotted out an an example of the Group’s over-expansion.

If you had bought Quindell shares a few weeks ago, you would have doubled your money, that’s what I call a struggle!

Struggling Quindell! Where did you hear that from? The share price has been manipulated by Tiger Global using an entity based in the Caymen islands borrowing shares and short selling. Tiger has a fund of $15Billion so can do what it wants to any companies share price and nothing can be done about it yet. Quindell has beaten market expectation for the last 16 quarters, the company has reiterated that the KPI¿s for the full year 2014 will be achieved and on 10th November the last director Robert Fielding (CEO) brought 22,837 shares at £1.0941 per share stating “This further purchase of shares demonstrates my confidence in the Company meeting full year market expectations and its longer term prospects.” So please show the evidence of your term ¿Struggling¿?

How much Tax did Tiger pay. Not a lot I suspect. Our FCA is “Not Fit for Purpose” This is a great growing British Company employing 3000+ people who, unlike Tiger, pay tax. Tiger are American and clearly want Quindell out of the Market Place in America. Ingenie, a Quindell Company has world beating Telematics and has recently won a major Contract in Canada. A stepping stone to the USA. Come on DM. Please do some proper research. There is a great British Business story here.

Your headline starts with “Struggling”, absolutely gobsmacked where you get that from considering the company has said nothing to the contrary and actually reiterated that they were on track on all KPI indicators recently. Very poor journalism….not factual at all !

Tiger global rigged the market causing shares of not only quindell to crash, but also monitise and blinkx. They should be fined and banned from ever trading on the london stockmarket again. They should also face a class action lawsuit aimed at garnering compensation for all investors that lost money as a result of Tiger global rigging the market.

Do you also have a view on Rob Terry and two other directors who mislead the market by stating they were buying shares when they were actually selling them.

Rob Terry did not “sell” shares, they were transferred to EFH as security for a loan which he had every intention to repay in order to get the shares back. A number of other companies are using the same facility, the funny thing is the shares in those companies haven’t plummeted. The intention of the loan was to purchase more shares and therefore making less available to the shorters which he did buy one trench before he could buy no more due to his resignation. If the directors were so eager to sell their shares what would be the point in doing so at 67% of the market value. There has been too many negative articles and de-ramping of Quindell in recent weeks/months, and suddenly as the shareprice doubles from it’s low it’s positive articles all around. The media and bloggers are very good at making assumptions and publishing rumours

Susan – surely a case of wine for that lot. I particularly love “A number of other companies are using the same facility, the funny thing is the shares in those companies haven’t plummeted” in the last one. Let me see: CBUY -25%, IGas -50% (ish), AGL – 17%, IQE – ok, actually up. QPP – ‘nuff said. Nah, none of those has plummeted at all – it must be that I’m just too thick to get it.

All the above comment gives new meaning to the term “ in denial “
Just goes to show you can “paint the future” to people but your work is not appreciated until after death . Just like a grand master .

Bringing it back to MTV here (somewhat shockingly…) I agree that the board payroll is a real scandal here. For a company that struggles to break 5mil market cap for years, it is amazing that the head of it all takes home 250k/year and shareholders have refused to be more pissy about it!
Jam tomorrow anyone?
