QPP

What Would I do now if I was Rob Terry of Quindell?

So far my cunning plan to help Rob Terry get as much cash as possible before the Quindell (QPP), cough, cough consultant goes to prison is working brilliantly. I advised him to resign HERE and he duly took my advice. Rob I have already accrued a £10,000 consultancy fee for that can you be a good fellow and post me a cheque with a small portion of your ill-gotten gains. Now what next?

Comments

  1. Nice 50+% rise since yesterday, I’m guessing the BBM’s are running around like it’s Christmas….Long and strong, we told you all, so go kiss it you bear trolls!

    Haha

  2. Tom,
Please give it a rest now for a while. You have given enough warnings so give the share price a chance to get back above 100p next week so we can all short again. Those who are buying at the moment really do deserve a shafting.

  3. 6. Find a welcoming country without any extradition arrangements with UK or any other country where Quindell has done business?

  4. …..there’s no denying your views have been bang on the money. Since you have no dealings with Roble you can’t categorically say there was no collusion with Gotham. I know your the Sheriff but why would they report this information to you! Do you feel comfortable with the corporate hijab that clothes Roble? The weaknesses of the AIM are being exploited ruthlessly by our American cousins and i hope you follow it up. If your post is to be taken seriously the allegation is that Currie and the BoD now exist for a single purpose: to facilitate the closure of RT’s current shareholding. Once accomplished its over. That seems a touch far fetched. And if guilty of the crimes alleged I’m sure the financial penalties are severe.

Tom you did a great job on this one. But don’t stick to the 0p just to be annoying. Having read most of your posts there is some wrongdoing there. But it wouldn’t likely generate closure or bankruptcy unless the regulators moved in or indeed they run out of money. At some point a new management deserves the benefit of the doubt. I hope you will feel able to one day support it as this saga moves on. Certainly, it ain’t going to be over in the next few days.

  5. Diabel

Roble has had no dealings with Gotham. I have not spoken to Roble…go figure. I have spoken to Gotham (July)

0p is what it is worth. I am still bang on the money. It is a matter of when

    t

  6. Dominic Cooper

    @Diabel,

It is far fetched if you look at it in isolation. Of course why would Currie, Bell Pottinger, the Board, all go to work each day to get some shareholders’ cash transferred to Rob.

But of course it is not in isolation. WHAT THE FUCK ELSE COULD THEY DO?!!!! Rob’s hardly going to say “oh its a fair cop guv”. Given that Cenkos demanded Rob had to be seen to be stepping down, he had to be seen to be stepping down. And so it is done.

Here’s a question the BB Morons can answer. I’ll personally give them £50 (or 500,000 QPP.L pieces of paper, redeemable in two years time) if they answer it.

Now the SP is looking at breaching 70p again, is it still true to say that “it makes no economic sense” for Rob to “expect to relinquish” (whatever that means) his “rights” to repurchase his shares? Hmmmmmmmmm…..

If not, why not? (And if so, when did it become of “no economic sense”. 7:00am on the morning the RNS was issued? If so, why then?)

As for this “US Interests” trashing British companies by shorting bull, QPP could very easily have defended itself. All it would have needed is to be a legitimate business, carrying valuable and valid assets, and declaring a prudent profit or loss. Simples.

  7. I posted a question on LSE QPP board yesterday merely asking if this is the dead cat bounce. A perfectly valid question considering the circumstances. The onslaught and abuse that followed was incredible. I even got “virtually shot” by a QPP bulletin board snippier, or whatever delusional game he was playing. Eventually I even had my post removed. I find it incredible that LSE are supporting the shear madness of the locals and removing valid/thought provoking observations.

  8. Bobby Chariot

If I was Rob Terry I would join the evil terrorist group ISIS, otherwise know as International Shorters in Shares along with TW and Roble, Gotham et al.

If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em>

  9. Bobby

What do you mean join? Rob’s life President. Shorting your own company’s shares (TIG, Dec 2001) that is just so evil – the man is a legend

    Tom

  10. The Donn, had the same experience on BB of Coms today on :LSE, prior to Toms bearcast, post taken down, censorship from the regulars, you just can’t help some people, as Tom well knows. I mentioned no names, no swear words, very PC but the thought police prevail, also using your premium membership helps for them.

  11. It seems the higher that quindells share price rises, the more sheepish tom winnifrith becomes. How many articles has he written??, complete waste of time and money? And the articles are always after the event. Copycat journalism. Then out of the blue, a podcast on fitbug, a company he admits to know nothing about and that fucking moron ( as tom winnifrith would say), Steve Moore advises that fitbug is a short or indeed sell, when they were 5p, now 17p. Get a life, stop writing on things you do not know about, innocent investors unfortunately listen to the advice of share prophets, please, at least do some research before making any comments and get board approval. Sorry if I was rude, but the public need to be made aware.

  12. Mike

You are a twat. The sp is down from 600p to 69p. The chairman has quit in disgrace and you think I am sheepish?

The while world knows who broke the stories and faced up to bullies like the liar Terry and cretins like you.

Back to LSE.co.uk for you where you belong – you are the moron, Steve is a brilliant young analyst. Feel free to buy more QPP shares, folks like you deserve penury

    t

  13. ‘I have spoken to Gotham (July)’

So how do you know that Gotham told the truth in whatever they said … I’m sure the excuse will be ‘protecting journalistic sources’ as that second confirmation – but speaking is not evidence.

I mean look – everything is for sale. If some numpty came along and offered £1 billion for ADVFN I’m sure its owners would bite the buyers hands off. But I would not pay something for a web site, whose principal benefit was real time share prices, and in its day it was good, when those data can be obtained for free from any Spread Betting account, and the site itself has not improved in the last 13 years.

  14. Mike

I always think it best to let the world see you as it wants, and you accept it’s consequence.

The problem for you is every time you look into a mirror, you see Warren Buffet staring back at you, but that is not world sees. For the world we see someone who is just stupid and deluded.

There is a deeper ethic playing here. Darwin’s fundamentals of natural selection driving survival of the fittest, and Darwin plays on us all. You are just not capable as an investor to survive. If you don’t bust it all in Quenron, you will limp out and invest in another shit bucket and bust it out there.

You will always look into a mirror and see a Warren Buffet, James Bond or some imaginary hero staring back at you, the one image you will never accept, is the person staring back at you, is you
