Today it was announced that the liar, insider dealer and fraudster Rob Terry was stepping down from Quindell (QPP). But he also announced that:

As a former Dart Energy shareholder I’d like to know where details of this transaction was disclosed in the Dart Energy Scheme acquisition prospectus. Value of shareholdinjg worth less than when Dart Energy independent and/or if DART had floated themselves on AIM as originally planned.

Nigel – You may well have a point, but until the nomad/company cough, ok, clarify yet again, its all speculation. Lets face it, the shares have been walked down to current levels all year. Could they already be in the market? Probably.

Excellent article. Bang on the money! The company needs to answer these questions, now! Shares down over 8% in today’s trading!!! AA passing over more shares, margin call and EFH dumping?
I posted this morning on the LSE iGas Bulletin Board :-
““I’m disgusted at the lack of transparency regarding these dubious sharedealings with Equities First and found Friday’s RNS patronising and dismissive of legitimate concerns held by investors over this matter.
I fear this has put the company in the cross-hairs of hedge funds and shorters, together with uncertainty around the price of crude is in my opinion going to put pressure on the share price. Hence, until some sense and clarity is found, I sold out, yesterday. “”
I can live with the fact of loosing money through being stupid, unlucky or just plain lazy but being fleeced by liars and fraudster’s is another matter!
So, I really hope the team at ShareProphets are going to fight this one right down to the wire!
Lets see you guys get another result like Terry and Quindell!

Jason – noted, will take a look
Elrico – there wouldn’t be any speculation if this was clarified. PROPERLY!
Thing is we know when the loan was entered in to, we know how EFH works (deliver shares then 5-7 days later you get the cash) and we can look back at the price chart. I personally think it is margin-call time and I would have thought the market should be being told. But the steady decline for the last few days suggests that concerns are around….or there is a seller in the market!
Alcira – thank you for your kind comments (again!)
I think it would be quite a stretch of the imagination that this is another QPP, but will keep pushing for answers. The Nomad is, in my view, a disgrace (or doesn’t understand the contract). The market is not being kept properly informed. The company may be absolutely fine, but investors need to know what is going on here, and I don’t think they do.
