I have dropped it a note objecting to a possible strike off and also to investigate a possible breach of Section 1112 of the Companies Act 2006. It is, after all, a criminal offense to knowingly or recklessly file a document or statement with Companies House that is misleading, false, or deceptive with a potential jail term of up to two years and an unlimited fine.
