Two days ago financial promotion and cash guzzling uber dog Defence Holdings (ALRT) announced a related party deal which stank more than the Neill Ricketts' collection of used Gloucester Rugby Club jockstraps as I explained HERE. The shares tumbled in response so today there us an RNS Reach, an open letter to shareholders from CEO Andrew Roughan who joined just at the year end so we have no idea of how well he is remunerated.
