As I revealed a short while ago the Reabold Resources (RBD) offer for Union Jack Oil (UJO) has now been rejected by at least 23% of shareholders and the 25% blocking position will be reached next week.The deal is dead and that is why Reabold’s share price has slumped and will continue to collapse. A company facing a material uncertainty warning has now spaffed £600,000 on a dead in the water deal. And now I discover the ultimate kiss of death. Zak Mir writes:
