The position of David Bramhill and the troughers at Union Jack Oil (UJO) is now wholly untenable. On Friday Bramhill acted, as I exposed HERE, ultra vires to adjourn an AGM which was set to boot him and his fellow fat cat incompetents off the board. His pretext was a possible all paper offer from Reabold (RBD) but today Reabold published accounts with a material uncertainty. Not even Bramhill can recommend a paper offer from such a company.
