Breaking news and expert analysis on fast-moving AIM and LSE listed shares

Some folks are prolific liars. Some folks cheer on prolific liars and some folks get attacked for being a good guy who exposes prolific liars. If you believe that I am the source of all evil like crazy Meg Short at Bloomberg and so deserve to be “destroyed”, here is yet more evidence that I am a good guy and that you are just plain wrong and stupid and a disgrace to your profession.
On 16 June 2026 I received the attached letter from my friends at one of the UK’s most pro-active regulators, namely my good pals at the Financial Reporting Council (FRC), in my response to criticisms of SkinBioTherapeutics plc accounts for the year ended 30 June 2025 – I sent in two letters just after annual numbers came out.
My criticisms related to segmental information, given by geography, disclosure of revenue from major customers, that is to say Croda, and disclosure of directors’ remuneration. The FRC didn’t pursue the directors’ remuneration issue but did follow up on the other two issues with SkinBioTherapeutics.
As you can see from the attached letter after the FRC challenge, in its interim reports, SkinBioTherapeutics now:
· correctly discloses major customers albeit that now excludes Croda as 100% of the Croda accrued revenue was subsequently derecognised on the discovery of Stuart Ashman’s fraud; and
· disclosures now include a segmental revenue linked to products and services as opposed to the previously invalid disclosures based on geography.
So, two out of three of my criticisms were validated by the FRC.
Thus just adds to a very long list of times that the FRC has thanked me for my, nerdish, work in exposing accounting wrong doing and fraud
Now Meg Short: who is destroying AIM? Old TW rooting out accounting fraud or those who commit it?
Without taking guidancefrom a man Harvey Weinstein paid to silence the women he raped, can you give mean honest answer?
As for those who cheered on the man responsible for this frayd as he branded me a “prolific liar” you still know where to send a bottle of Metaxa by way of apology.
