There are some out there who appear to doubt the veracity of the WhatsApp group “TWProject” which detailed how thugs Nick Leeson of Barings infamy and Harvey Weinstein’spaid goon Seth Freedman were each paid fifteen grand to harass, intimidate and, c/o Bloomberg reporters Will Shaw and Meg Short, to smear me on behalf of the Amazing AI fraud which I was exposing. Thanks to Winnileaks I can put your minds to rest as you can see below.
At the start of the Whatsapp Group Leeson and Freedman discuss how much, when and how they will get paid by Amazing AI to destroy me. And here you go, as per the group chat, and thanks to Winnileaks I bring you the invoice Leeson submitted on behalf of his company Rogue Promotions Limited for his services.
Interestingly Leeson asks to be paid without VAT on top saying that he will deal with the Irish VAT man directly. Why on earth would he do that? In Eire if a business is involved in providing services rather than goods it must register for VAT if its annual turnover exceeds 37,500 Euro and I very much doubt ProjectTW was Leeson’s only commission. VAT is payable at 23% so in arranging his affairs this way Leeson appears to be kissing goodbye to 2,804.87 Euro.
This is all very peculiar. Maybe the rogue trader has a perfectly sensible explanation.
However…
Perhaps, as a sentimental lover of what my father termed “the old country” I will pass the invoice onto the Irish tax evasion reporting helpline just in case Mr. Leeson is somehow not exactly up to date with his tax payments.
