Paul Mathieson of Amazing AI wishes Tom Winnifrith’s mother had killed herself earlier

Yesterday Amazing AI (AAI) sent a letter before action for libel to myself and ShareProphets. In breach of all protocols it published the defamatory letter in which it failed to mention one single specific libel, as protocols demand. Today it has issued an RNS confirming this.

Yesterday, Amazing AI’s CEO Paul Mathieson also took to twitter/ X as you can see below. He says he is going for a class action against me for personal losses of 100 million pounds but hopes to seek 10 billion pounds via a class action. He makes a number of defamatory remarks about me and then turns to the suicide of my mother when I was 8.

I do sort of remember the day she first tried to kill herself back in height of the heat of 1976. My father found her in the attic having taken pills and rescued her. But after several months in various hospitals she hanged herself in a hospital in Oxford. Dad and I had met up with her only a few days earlier at the Trout in Godstow and she had seemed so happy.

Anyhow Mathieson wishes she had killed herself earlier. Advisor Guild seems happy with this behaviour. Perhaps its other clients might not wish to be associated with it. The tweet below went out on the Amazing AI Corporate account. Does AQSE Regulation have any policy of social media usage? Is there nobody in the City prepared to speak out against this sort of thing?
