Steve Moore writes: Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI), after some prompting, is now also “pleased to report” that the Ethiopian Parliament has formally ratified ‘Ethiopian Country Membership’ for Africa Finance Corporation. This is significant for Kefi as Africa Finance Corporation is a prospective co-lender for its Tulu Kapi gold project and the membership was a critical condition precedent for its participation.
