In today's bearcast I look at Optibiotix (OPTI), the standing of the London markets and the prospectus exemption scandal that needs addressing to stop rogues like Hemogenyx (HEMO), Genflow (GENF) and Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) duping shareholders. I am writing to the FCA about this matter this weekend.
