Thanks to the Winnileaks service I publish below a report by Grant Thornton from 2017 into events at Australia based Nelson Resources. So serious are the findings that GT called in the report for the Police to be involved.
The two alleged miscreants are the co founders of Georgina Energy (GEX),Antony Hamilton and Mark Wallace, now its CEO and FD. In the past the two have tried to silence critics with lawyers letters but I am not frit.
Unless GT is making it up the two men are not fit and proper and as such they need to leave Georgina at once and that will see it collapse.
If advisor Jerry Keen of Oak Securities who raised £5 million for the lads just a couple of months ago wishes to tough it out that is fine. I should warn him that this is just the first of several documents now in my possession and which I plan to publish over the coming days. This will be Chinese water torture for all involved . My advice to Jerry, as a friend, is to resign now and ask that the FCA suspends the listing with immediate effect.
