The lawyers for Tirupati Graphite (TGR) are Bird & Bird, a firm which last crossed swords with me a decade ago, menacing me for supporting Ben Edelman as he exposed their client Blinkx. That made Bird and Bird look like right Charlies and I look forward to another missive from the esteemed firm as it appears to have gone along with an RNS from Tirupati which I call out as a lie on the matter of former NEDS, the fragrant Isabel de Salis and Mr Murat Erden who may or may not be fragrant.
