GOTCHA! Goldstone Resources: duff AIM Rule 26 link after botched fund raise, is this the worst run company on AIM?

By Tom Winnifrith, the Sheriff of AIM | Friday 24 May 2024

Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.

Listed in 2004, Goldstone Resources (GRL) run, for $11,000 a month by Ms Emma Priestley, has long been the laughing stock of the sewer. Its shares listed at 25p. Today they are 0.9p. This is the company that was actually dissolved in Jersey for not filing documents but it took Ms. Priestley six months to realise this and resolve it. So for six months folks traded shares in a company that did not actually exist as I recounted HERE.
