Symphony Environmental Technologies – responds to EU Court Judgement, it “right” to have brought the case?

At the end of last month Symphony Environmental Technologies (SYM) had a case it brought against the European Union Art. 5 of the Single-use plastics Directive 2019/904 judged against it and its shares crashed from above 6p to 3.5p. What of a now response from the company to the EU Judgment, with the shares at 3.25p?
