As we promised - though naturally, the Bulletin Board geniuses knew better - Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) has announced a funding Umbrella Agreement, which sets out a full package, covering historical and budgeted future expenditure. This has helped the shares up more than 33%, to 0.71p.
