Nightcap Trading statement – it is what it does not say that matters

Bars owner Nightcap (NGHT), the bastard child of La Willingham of Dragon’s Den fame, has issued a trading statement which superficially appears top banana but it is what it does not say that should ring alarm bells and throw into grave doubt a valuation of £40 million at 21.5p.
