The Appbox Media/ One True View £35m scam – time to act as more horrors emerge

The FCA is, almost two years after I first warned it, still doing nothing about the Appbox Media/One True View Boiler Room scam which has seen £35 million or more taken from private investors.  Now I have yet more evidence of what a monumental fraud this is. But with the FCA seemingly not giving a toss, investors appear to be taking matters into their own hands.


In terms of the supposed digital marketing company One True View shareholders have been told that


In January 2020 the company commissioned Paul Taylor and Carl Weiss of ALYTOR DIGITAL ASSET VENTURES , leading specialists in the valuation of frontier technologies.” And that valuation was almost £33 million!


For such a company, its one page website HERE is highly underwhelming.  


Better still over at Companies House it shows that Alytor was incorporated on 18 Feb 2020 – the month after being appointed by Polat Hassan and under the name of ALYATOR DIGITAL ASSET VENTURES LTD. And its directors are shown as being Paul Taylor and Carl Andrew Robert WEIR ( not Weiss )


PAUL Taylor is listed as a Director of 7 active companies and 6 dissolved companies – all shown as operating at 20-22 Wenlock Road , London which is an accommodation address.


Carl Weir is listed as a past Director of a company – UPHOLD EUROPE LTD. which seems to be linked to a crypto currency scam.


As such the statement by Polat Hassan that the company’s IP is worth £32,692,664 is pure fiction.

I am told that the owners of almost 5% of Appbox are on board and so the rebels should soon be able to call an EGM to fire director Amanda Hussey and replace her with two proper directors to establish the truth, call in administrators and then regulators.
