Tom Winnifrith writes: Okay, let me clarify. These are not necessarily the cheapest in terms of fundamentals vs price although they are cheap indeed. What I hope to show you are the three stocks which on a one month view have the greatest upside based on fundamentals and catalysts for a re-rate, not just hype from Bulletin Board morons.
