very interesting ………… however you could just plant a Yew Hedge . One of those around your property greatly increases its value ……… or so the estate agents tell us .

Could you please refrain from beginning words with a capital letter after a colon? That’s a bad american habit, here in Britain and Europe we have our own grammar rule and it says that you do not capitalize words after a colon, thank you. The USA does not rule over us.
