Audioboom - CFO walks with immediate effect - why?

Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. Audioboom (BOOM) has today announced that CFO, David McDonagh has left "with immediate effect". It says it is looking for a replacement but gives no reason for the departure. And oddly this resignation occurs just one week after the company published interims. It was clearly not planned.
