Glad that PL came to see you…that was brave of him. But, he is a bit of a slippery charmster. Did he say anything about OKAP, salary increases etc. (corporate misgovernance)

I do not see the Okap structure as a big issue personally. I think he needs to explain it more clearly & told him just that
