Sefton Resources has today issued a statement regarding the libel case it brought against myself and Dan Levi (Brokerman Dan).The statement and a video I recorded in anticipation of this outside the offices of uber expensive bully boy City lawyers Pinsent masons is below.

I had some respect for your uncovering of jim ellerton , but this has now turned out as you feathering your nest at shareholders expense. what happened to the crusade for the little man . enjoy your gagging order , I hope they paid you enough to help you swallow it .

Great work Tom . The stress must have been intense at times .
But where is the Dr Ali report? and what was all that other Shite that Sefton spouted in the RNS which was supposed to be about about the case settlement. Is any of it true we ask our selves ……… could they not just let the dust settle for a suitable period without more blah blah about worthless assets ……. honestly what are they like …… you just could not make it up . I hope they go bust , and soon.
