Teathers Financial – a pitiful RNS brings this sorry tale towards a close

Teathers Financial (TEA) has been a shocking stock for a long time now for a whole number of reasons but yesterday’s RNS appears to bring the finishing line of this debacle ever closer.

  1. Well said. I’m even more disgusted as the great Tom vouched for this Drummond as being trustworthy. How very very wrong.
If I recall correctly it was Wildrides who originally advised to give any vehicle under the stewardship of a Drummond a very wide berth. Lesson learned even though my exposure was very small.
The concept as an alternative mechanism to PrimaryBid would’ve been truly beneficial if it was in the hands of someone that could really execute the strategy. As the app is no longer being supported then you’d assume that they’d simply wind up the fiasco and do the honorable thing by returning shareholder funds. Guess as this is AIM and this BoD have shown little integrity then the simple answer is NO.

  2. Rowland saw the writing on the wall and got himself out last year.

Smelt a rat then and got out myself.

Shame on Drummond and Fattal for leading holders on a merry dance here. They must have known that suspension was in the air through their own mismanagement.

Another disgraceful AIM board contemptuous of shareholders.

  3. I guess we won’t be seeing JD at the UKIS then?

  4. the phone app was dumb, no real demand for people to signup for placings in a library or while on the toilet

maybe the acquisition ‘offering synergies with the app’ is a maker of incontinence pants, cos if someones on the lav all day and can’t control the timing, that’s their core market

  5. Juicin Drumroll

Told you so! Luke 4:24 anyone?

Seriously TW, you know I’m a fan but this needs saying.

If you want to be taken seriously, want your site to go on to flourish & be THE place to read about all the crooked shit going on in the City every day of the fucking week you must distance yourself from your mates & write with an impartial pen. If you can’t do that then don’t write about them at all.

Your support for Drummond & to a lesser extent Michael Laurier of Symphony (SYM), the poster boy of companies for an AIM lifestyle company, is, in the light of the cold, hard evidence from their past, completely inexplicable IMO.

The irony of any company being led by Jason Drummond being worried about reputational damage from being associated with another AIM wideboy company!!

    LOL!!!

Surprised & disappointed in you with support of Jason Drummond & this latest Drummond pump & dump, TW.

Jason Drummond is like Rob Terry’s understudy, an untrustworthy egomaniac with a shocking history of mismanagement & destruction of shareholder money.

I know his time at MDC pre-dates this site but if you are going to be associated with & ramp this guy’s shit you really should go back & study it. Pay particular attention to the Purple Lounge fiasco & look closely at the missing player balances which were co-mingled with company funds, never to be seen again. Drummond & other people’s money? Disaster looms.

You’re backing a wrong ‘un here TW.

Jason Drummond isn’t guilty by association because of his brother, he’s guilty because he was there! http://uk.advfn.com/news/UKREG/2012/article/51217449

Read the MDC threads on ADVFN, read the players forums talking about Purple Lounge, read his patrolled & oft edited Wiki entry.

  6. And so it comes to pass . Whinny Froth continues to pulverise oil producing LGO and try to drive the share price to ZERO for the benefit of his tiresome little vendetta with Del Boy Lemongas. At the same time he completely ignores his own tip and shameless ramp of “mate” Drummonds latest debacle to deprive share holders of their hard earned cash and live in the style he would like to be for ever accustomed . Its as if history never impressed on Whinny Froth the folly of his path in tipping this blood sucking “mate’s” outfit . Obviously Drummonds adventures at Coms and then MDC and that of his shameless brother in denuding share holder funds like Agent Orange on Vietnam fields failed to register with Thomas .
Let that be a lesson to all you “heads up certain arses” blind followers of Whinny Froth “Fashion “
    Think for your selves .

  7. I met these guys at the Investor Show last year and it just seemed all razzmatazz to me – I certainly didn’t believe in the product offering.
