ADVFN (AFN) owns 20% of this website but that cannot mean that both as a public company but also a website many of us use daily, we can avoid asking a couple of questions after it snuck out interims at 5.45 PM the day before the bank holiday weekend - no'one is watching O'Clock. Moreover I am being berated by many folks for not flagging this up. I will now get bashed for flagging it up. I cant win so make no comment but just ask three questions.

No comment on the LSE BB purchase either, which I assume has fallen through a while back. I have used ADVFN for years, you really can see the migration. It used to be the go to place for all comments but now with LSE, Twitter etc you now have to look in several sources.
Interesting comment from Paul Scott on Twitter a few days ago regarding the quality of its members, just goes to show how you need to be careful being drawn in by management presentations/interviews. You would have lost 75% easy if you bought after this video

I am not afraid of the little twerp in the boxing ring or of any CEO on AIM. I think the article above raises legitimate issues dont you? Name 1 other journalist or website that has raised those matters.

Perhaps you can refer to the AFN, ONL or ALP bulletin boards on ADVFN for sentiment regarding ADVFN ?
Can’t find them ? Would you believe that Clem BANNED them all those years ago when shareholders (like myself) at the time we’re putting valid points on those bulletin boards.
Instead of answering shareholders, Clem himself ordered that ALL ADVFN related bulletin boards be banned from ADVFN. Can you believe that eh ? Whatever happened to free speech from Clem ?? Try setting up an ADVFN BB and see what happens.
This company has been nothing but a meal ticket to Clem and co for over a decade now. Year after year after year its been more jam tomorrow. Many years ago AFN would have placing after placing just to balance the books. Since many shareholders complained many years ago, these placings did stop.
Now the competition has caught up and ADVFN is no longer the place to go. There is clearly no £profit growth whatsoever in this company and the future looks bleak. (Any growth in revenues is always matched by the illusive ‘other admin’s expenses’)
ADVFN is now 17 years old. In all of those 17 years ADVFN has NEVER once given shareholders any return on their investments. Dreadful investment.
Check out these shitty ADVFN owned websites. I once told Clem they were a complete waste of time. He would’nt listen. I was wholly right – unfortunately.

Clem might claim to be a market ‘guru’ but hes absolutely no good at running a profitable business for shareholders.
