Fraudster Rob Terry's new outfit in Hampshire, Quob Park Estate, has been at it again - issuing shares on the same day at very different prices. No doubt the recipients of the confetti wll be delighted with their purchases.

Quob parks holding in Imaginatik (Imtk) has been transferred/sold at an inflated price to Quob Park Technologies Ltd.
This company was called smi technologies ltd but named changed three days ago, and guess what in last annual return Quindell Plc are shareholders! And Quob Park are directors but not shareholders as per last return it appears.
And loads and loads of allotment of shares recently, one to watch me thinks….
Wonder what the weasel is upto..
