Well,he is a lawyer – you’d think he must have some idea of what he is doing.

Well its not exactly bank robbery using firearms, but as far as AIM goes it does not get much worse. Since AIM public censure is very infrequent and practically unheard of I cant see that he has any case for defamatory reporting by Tom . Clearly his previous conduct/competence makes it absolutely vital that any future investor knows of said conduct . It is rare indeed for offenders to change their previous patterns of behavior when put under circumstance again that put that person under pressure . As a regular and frequent AIM investor making many trades a month I would personally not invest in any company involving this individual and I thank Tom for bringing this matter to my attention via his Journalism at Share Prophets so that I can avoid unknowingly doing so .

The “free press” is more dependent than ever on lone voices. Lone voices are easy to suppress through the terrifying/ruinously expensive courts. I hope that many will recognize the public interest issues raised by this action and donate something to Tom’s defense fund.
