Oh dear. Oh dear. Oh dear. It just gets worse and worse for AIM casino poster boy Sefton Resources (SER). The company has just fessed up that the sale of its shite Kansas assets is off. And there is more: the bottom line is that another bail-out placing may be imminent.

It is not generally known but Larry Culbertson, who manages Sefton’s TEG Mid-Continent Inc Kansas assets in Leavenworth, also runs his Wild West Theme Park www.westernfrontieradventure.com out of the same office.
What a superb location for filming “The Dan Levi Story”;The story of UK’s fifth most wanted criminal who escapes a life of crime in Manchester to fight for law and order in the pioneering US oil exploration business.
As we have seen in the case of Worthington where the much less interesting “Craig Whyte Story” has been valued in the books at a reputed £10m.These are hugely valuable assets.
At a stroke Sefton’s problems could be sorted, acquire the film rights from Dan for shares and capitalise its value.Shooting could start at once on Larry’s superb facility with its forty buildings, banks, brothel, police office etc which has been used for many films.

Dont worry ………….. Dr Ali has finished Steam Flood Report number 257 , to be published soon . That should help sell the asset to some other mug . Thats if the new dog does not eat the calculations.
DUCK AND DIVE
Surely the idea of ring-fencing £500k was to keep that cash out of the bailiff’s hands should Ellerton succeed with his bankruptcy petition.
For the same reason, I doubt they will be in any rush to raise more cash while the Ellerton clouds are overhead. So no substantive news is likely until at least post the Aug 31 court hearing.
Meanwhile, the shares seem to be 9% up for some reason. Maybe the crook is hoovering them up.
PS. Edgestone?
PPS. “Leant”?

I transcribed this for Tom. ‘Edgestone’ meant to be ‘Edgbaston’. I’m a Canadian – what do I know about cricket? If there is not a puck involved, it isn’t a real sport. As for ‘leant’, it’s a perfectly cromulent word. The wrong word, certainly, but definitely in the Queen’s English.
