The Sefton Resources (SER) market abuser Chris Oil has given Ben Turney and ShareProphets a “final warning” that he must not ask any more questions of him or write articles about him or he and this website will be reported to the Police. Yeah right.

Can I report the leaflet droppers and cold callers who unsolicited, knock on my front door, to the police too?
Surely my complaint is the more serious?

I know not a lot but I would interpret Oil’s message as a legitimate and possibly enforcible request that Ben ceases to contact him via e-mail. I assume Ben has been doing so and including details about articles he intends to publish in order to give Oil the opportunity to comment prior to publication.
Oil is not asking Ben not to publish such articles he is asking him to stop contacting him via e-mail. Perhaps Ben might wish to contact Oil and ask him to clarify his request in respect of contact versus publication…. errrr uhm.

I note my previous message was published but, having changed my flavour, the follow up was not.
In my, unpublished, follow up I suggested that Mr Oil might wish to contact the ICO rather than bother The Police about Ben contacting him via e-mail or waste his back pocket trouser cash on some lawyers letters.
