CICG

Stuart Bromley mugging the Boy Scouts – another reason why CIC Gold should not be listed

In yesterday’s Bearcast I explained why it was shocking that CIC Gold (CICG) had obtained a standard listing in London and why the shares were a sell. The main reason is Stuart Bromley. Hat tip to John g, a ShareProphets reader for pointing us to how Bromley mugged the Boy Scouts.

  1. this is a CEO that :

Acts in such a way that resulted in The Victorian scouts being out of pocket to the tune of $200,000,

Was charged with two breaches of the Travel Agents Act 1985 for holding himself out and carrying on a business as a travel agent,

and was placed in custody by the court, which obviously took a very serious view of the matter,

has spent a night in jail,

has been branded a fantasist by a judge,

has been forced to re-issue a regulatory news release for not stating true resource figures,

who was operating through Art Foundation, which was found not to meet the requirements of the Associations Incorporation Act, and he was prosecuted and fined on nine charges under that Act.

tells lies, via regulatory news releases, that his offices were a few blocks away from to Tiananmen Square, when in fact it was few KMs away.

  2. these are the exact words the judge said about Bromley during the Boy Scout trial :

“I believe that his story is a fabrication or he’s living in fantasy land and has brought his fantasy world into the court room. It is either that or he’s guilty of fraud.”

  3. I wonder what first attracted his 26 year old missus to the 52 year old millionaire Mr Bromley – http://www.thenorthernecho.co.uk/news/10969427.Willington_village_church_to_witness_wedding_of_global_mine_owner_to_Chinese_TV_presenter/

He’s done well. He’s done very well.

  4. Tom

here’s the whole court transcript :

    http://www.filedropper.com/bromleyvbembridge2002wasca19219july2002

makes interesting reading and sheds light to what sort of shyster Bromley really is :

    see page 11 :

“He has known about this prosecution for many months and it was prompted by the loss of money by the Scouts Association in Victoria. He could have got the money, which he says, at least $89,000 is sitting in a trust account in the USA, and got it back over here, however he does not appear to have done so.

I believe that his story is a fabrication or he’s living in fantasy land and has brought his fantasy world into the court room. It is either that or he’s guilty of fraud. “

and this on page 9 (depositing money into is own personal account)

“He purported to be acting on behalf of these other entities in the United States. The bank account to which certain amounts were deposited including those which match with the amounts received from the WA scouts were into the Challenge Bank account styled S Bromley as trustee for the Arts Foundation, that’s exhibit 45. And that account was opened in February 97, originally in his own name alone, and then was changed to the style of his name as trustee for the Arts Foundation. He held himself out as acting for the Arts Foundation and cheques were made payable to the Arts Foundation. Exhibit 50 which shows a credit on the 17th of September 98, $54,000, then $70,000, that’s on statement 19, and $40,000. These moneys did not go into a trust account in the sense of being held in a trust for the scouts or the individual scouts or the Scouts Association, but into this personal account styled Stuart Bromley as trustee for the Arts Foundation. So moneys went into that account even though styled ‘as trustee for’, it is in effect, of course, his account, is operated by him, controlled by him, that was just the way it was styled.”

  5. Shite does not do it justice . I got caught in the mining consultancy fabrication fantasy a few years back . He just delists and rides off into the sunset . My “free” shares covered the dealing costs and nothing left for even a bag of crinkle cut Macoy crisps …….barbecue flavor . Not often you cant even get a bag of crisps …… I was pissed …….. not one of my better deals ………thankfully only a few hundred lost as I smelled a rat and sold most just in time , keeping just a few incase I was wrong ….. dowaah ! Always trust your gut instinct .
    You have been warned .

  6. “He emphasized that the arrest warrant is not a criminal matter.” – brilliant.

  7. Any deals will be inter related company transactions. Selling a useless license/ asset to one related company (CICG), then money going back to CICC – the company that lent it in the first place. Nice carousel to fool the gullible – pretending to create wealth when it’s just one big merry go round. The shyster has been doing it for more than 10 years. He lost Canadian investors 99% of their investment…. then delisted from there.. and moved over here to start the whole shit all over again on AIM…. delivered jack shit… and few years later got delisted (booted off, off AIM)…. and now starting the spiel once more … listing on an even less regulatory environment than AIM…… that is a Standard Listing (no nomad required).

Becky (his very young and dishy wife) has expensive tastes.. so no doubt beast has to conjure up these schemes to keep his beauty…. you dont think Becky married him for his looks? …. Becky likes his pockets….

  8. Tom

there’s a poster who uses an alias PERTHMATE on advfn…… he is Bromley.. this is what he posted yesterday :

    http://uk.advfn.com/cmn/fbb/thread.php3?id=34134510&from=74

    PERTHMATE 3 Jul’15 – 21:47 – 74 of 78

I MADE A FEW CALLS HERE IS WHERE WE ARE AT:
Question, Bromley stated expo contract signature and date are two separate handwritings not his own. This is a small amount which could be processed in small claim court in under a month. So this all happened at end of January 2015. WHY HAVE THEY NOT GONE THE LEGAL WAY?

BECAUSE TW KNOWS THAT BROMLEY IS CORRECT, CIC FUND DIRECTOR DID NOT SIGN THAT CONTRACT OR ANY OTHER CIC COMPANY. So TW says hey Bromley give me 5 grand, if you don’t I will use my social media against you. I can tell you Bromley will follow the legal way. Any way does TW have a interest in ADVFN? We know the answer.
