On Friday Sefton Resources (SER) received an email from Daniel Levi requesting that it make wholesale boardroom changes. Levi states that he wishes to spare the company the uncertainty and cost of an EGM and so has made this approach to avoid such unpleasantries.

Is there no end to Broken Mans “pump and dump” exploits . Why sell out in the first place ? why not see the job through in the first place ? why make a large sum when you said you were doing it for a small sum ? Why associate with a man who hides behind his mothers name when it suits ? Any body would think it was to avoid regulations surrounding being an “insider” and insider dealing . Why associate yourself with a man who claims to make endless amounts legally trading, yet every tip he made while at SP was an utter failure ?Why appoint a man to run an oil company who has a track record of shareholder dissatisfaction running a company in which he is actually supposed to have some expertise ? Not exactly throwing the baby out with the bath water , because the baby is the spawn of Satan , but getting pretty close . Why get involved in this piece of shite anyway ? I will tell you why ….. money and shear greed . That is the only motivation for someone to behave in this manner and try and save something so utterly pointless and worthless . Baldrick would do it for a “good hard shag” but these people are above that we would assume.
DUCK AND DIVE
The BB gossip (promulgated by the spinboy lackey) is that Desperate Dan was forced out of Sefton with a £50k handshake and is now out for blood — no amount of which will make Sefton’s problems go away of course.
All to be taken with a pinch of salt of course. But it does look as though an EGM will be requisitioned at any moment and that will be another £10k or more drained from the kitty. No vote will be a foregone conclusion though.

The fact that he is meeting millionairs is un substantiated and a prize example of his usual BS style of pump and dump. It’s only my opinion mate, but by the looks of BMD selling it was two fold. Him being given a friendly shove by people inside the company and also for good reasons which we previously discussed. So the same people (not naming names here) will not want to start that process. Novum Securities was used to help certain people. Not us! That has made BMD mad and like him or hate him he does have our back when really needed. So what,if he makes some money out of it..We won’t be complaining if the asset comes on board and it’s as good as people think!. “ unquote
